Mi casa, tu casa

 Far from the usual Mexican fare:
A demo / tasting at Le Cordon Bleu, this time with celebrity chef sensation Enrique Olvera on the publication of his new book, Tu Casa Mi Casa: Mexican Recipes for the Home Cook.

Olvera has single-handedly redefined Mexican cuisine. His Mexico City restaurant Pujol is high on The World's 50 Top Restaurants list, as well as my list when we visit Valle de Guadalupe, the Napa Valley of Mexico.
