Mi casa, tu casa
A
demo / tasting at Le Cordon Bleu, this time with celebrity
chef sensation Enrique Olvera on the publication of his new book, Tu Casa Mi Casa: Mexican Recipes for the Home Cook.

restaurant Pujol is high on The World's 50 Top Restaurants list - as well
as my list when we visit Valle de Guadalupe, "the Napa Valley of Mexico."

Oysters, prawns, scallops, and hot spiced wine share a Montmartre food stand.
Update: thanks to chef Yves Camdeborde for "getting" my tongue-in-cheek take on 3/2 post Bistronomy a now over-used term - bistro + gastronomy - that came about thanks to him.
